Hello Morton Wrestling Family -

PRACTICE TOMORROW
Since tomorrow is an early dismissal day, I would like to have practice as soon as possible. This way those competing on Saturday at Sectionals will have a few extra hours of rest and recovery. We will practice from 12:15 - 1:25 pm in the Practice Gym at MJHS. Please arrive early enough so we can set up the practice mat and get started on time.

SECTIONALS INFORMATION
This Saturday is the IESA Sectional Tournament held at The Bowl in Jacksonville, IL. I wanted to get the timeline out as soon as possible so people can make plans. The timeline for this Saturday will be:
- Coach at MJHS @ 5:15 am
- All Wrestlers at MJHS @ 5:50 am
- Bus Leaves @ 6:15 (if we are all here on time and on weight, we can leave early)
- Arrive in Jacksonville @ 7:45 am
- Weigh Ins @ 7:30-8:30 am
- Wrestling Starts @ 9:00 am

Make sure that all equipment is legal and accounted for (Singlet, Headgear, Wrestling Shoes, Mouthpieces, Knee Pads/Sleeves, etc.). Also make sure that you have your Morton Wrestling apparel, good food fuel for the day, and proper hydration.
The Cubby Hole will be on site selling tournament t-shirts and hoodies. You can still order in advance at http://www.cubbyholeonline.com/ You can pre-order until Friday night at midnight.
Only the Sectional Qualifiers are required to attend the Sectional Tournament this Saturday. However, if you want to come and support your teammates, you are welcome to. Just be on time and be aware that it is a VERY long day.
